The MCP is a ABS class mat jack up capable to operate in water
depth up to 500 feet. Depending on client’s requirements, she
can be outfitted with drilling, production and accommodation
modules. The MCP is self-installing and relocatable. This could
fast track field development and help oil companies realise
tremendous cost savings. The first MCP, Calm Ocean 101 is
currently being constructed in Asia and will be available by Q1/
Q2-2015. Our company will provide the lease option for this rig.
